River Tammetta PMHNP-BC

River is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Her interest in the medical field began during her 15 year Army career. However, it wasn’t until shortly after her service ended that she was able to attend nursing school. Her interest in behavioral health was immediate, and she was employed in a variety of facility types while working on her Master’s degree. As a provider, she believe that medication is only a small part of treatment. For overall wellness, good nutrition, consistent exercise, and a nurturing environment are equally important. She strive to incorporate these beliefs into her practice, so she is not just decreasing your symptoms, but improving your health. She is also certified in laser aesthetics.
